KAYHAPPUCH GLOBAL RESOURCE LTD is a Company that was incorporated under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 under the Nigerian Law with RC No. : 1389981 on the 8th day of February 2017. Its sole purpose is to meet the core needs of Humanity.
The first President/CEO of the Company was Charity Nash but she passed away on the 29th July 2017 during child birth. The Company has had to make Leadership Changes and its First Vice President was upgraded to the position of President/CEO.
A. To carry out business of general contractors and general merchants; export, and appliances that will enable it realize its set objectives or that is commonly on any of the businesses having objectives similar to that of the Company.
B. To carry on import, export of automobile spare parts of every description such as Mercedes parts, motor vehicles, motor-cycle assembling, sales distribution and supply of all kinds of motor-cycle spare parts, motor spare parts, manufacturers, importers and distributors of all kinds of automobile spare parts in Nigeria or elsewhere including but not limited to goods usually associated with vehicles and vehicle maintenance.
C. To carry on the business of real estate, landed property, property managers, property developers, property management and to employ the services of estate managers and solicitors. To acquire Land, buildings and real estate of any description including easements and other proprietary right(s) and to hold, improve alter, develop, let sell or otherwise dispose of the same.
D. To carry on the business of agro allied products, farmers and to engage in all types of farming, whether describable as arable farming, poultry farming, animal husbandry, mechanized farming, organic farming, fish farming and production, Yoghurt, food processing, to cultivate the soil and to grow crops of all descriptions, including food crops, cash crops and fodder crops.
E. To carry on the business of logistics and transportation services (excluding air and sea), owners and charter of motor vehicles of every description and carriers of goods by road and rail, cabmen, cartage contractors and agents.
F. To borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall deem fit , and in particular by the issue of debentures or debenture stock (perpetual or otherwise) and to secure the repayment of any money borrowed, raised or owning, by mortgage charge, or lien upon the whole or any part of the company’s property or assets (whether present or future) including its uncalled capital, and also by similar mortgage, charge lien to secure and guarantee the performance by the company of any obligations or liability it may undertake.
G. To do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attachment of the above of objects of any of them.
